NCI designs and produces fine
hand-knotted ("oriental") carpets, supplying to specialty retailers such as
oriental carpet stores and decorative arts dealers. We also create
custom carpets for architects, designers, and historic preservation
experts, as well as a select private clientele.
Our design studio and headquarters are located in the charming city of Northfield,
Minnesota, an historic river town in the country's heartland. All
our
carpets are made in
RUGMARK-certified
facilities in India, Nepal, and Pakistan by skilled adult artisans
to whom we provide graphed designs, color standards, and the
technical specifications of wool and weave.
